Alliance Medical Services, Inc. is a fully licensed and approved methadone maintenance treatment program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Methadone maintenance for opiate or heroin addiction, when supported with a full complement of substance abuse and life-skills counseling, has been proven to be the most successful treatment for opiate addiction. We provide a safe, trusting, and respectful environment for opiate-dependent individuals to obtain the services they need to break the cycle of addiction.
Patients at our Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), Outpatient Treatment (OP), and Office-Based Opiate Treatment (OBOT) facilities receive individualized treatment plans which include education class on substance use disorders, individual counseling, group therapy, medication management, anger management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Complementary therapies include art therapy and mindfulness. Open to pregnant women. Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and private insurance benefits accepted.
