    Our Modesto, California methadone clinic and opioid use disorder outpatient treatment center is located on McHenry Avenue between Orangeburg Avenue and Roseburg Avenue. It is convenient to neighboring cities such as McHenry, West Modesto, Rouse, and Bystrom. Modesto, nestled in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, has a blend of art, culture, and outdoor attractions. There is a vibrant downtown, live music at the historic State Theatre, and the historic McHenry Mansion.

    Our Modesto location offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and/or therapy for patients with substance use disorder and opioid use disorder. We emphasize relapse prevention by focusing on the development of life skills and use of contingency management to give you the best opportunity to succeed in recovery. Through CBT and Motivational Interviewing we help you develop strategies to manage life’s stresses and triggers that may have undermined your progress in the past.

    MAT has a proven track record in helping individuals recover from addictions, particularly opioid addiction. MAT has been proven to reduce overdose risks, decrease criminal behavior, increase time in treatment, and is clinically proven to be an effective treatment for substance use disorders.

    We have a Medical Doctor and certified counselors to assist you.

    Our accredited treatment program accepts most types of insurance, including Medi-Cal.
