Leading Recovery Provider Offers Affordable Care to Vineland Community

Vineland, NJ – April 25, 2019 – Pinnacle Treatment Centers (PTC), a leader in providing accessible treatment for adult men and women struggling with substance use disorders, has opened Vineland Treatment Services, located at 1051 W. Sherman Ave, Suite 4B, in Vineland, New Jersey. Pinnacle has a total of 13 opioid treatment programs in the Garden State and one intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization program. The new facility is designed to offer comprehensive care tailored to individual needs, ensuring that clients receive the support necessary for recovery. Additionally, Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Milford complements Vineland Treatment Services by providing a variety of therapeutic options and resources for individuals seeking help. This expansion reflects Pinnacle’s commitment to addressing the growing need for effective addiction treatment in the region.

Pinnacle is one of a select few treatment facilities in the area to provide underserved communities with affordable substance abuse treatment. The option of outpatient care Pinnacle offers is important for the community.  This model of care empowers patients to take control of their treatment as it affords them the opportunity to maintain employment, school obligations, and family commitments while getting the treatment necessary to address their recovery.

“Given the opioid epidemic throughout the state, there is a drastic need for treatment. Our company is committed to bringing care directly into the community to help solve this crisis,” said Joe Pritchard, CEO of Pinnacle Treatment Centers, who made his personal journey through recovery and is now dedicated to helping others. Pritchard recognizes the need for outpatient programs that are designed to offer support in managing stress and providing patients with relapse prevention strategies while connecting them with community support.

“The opioid crisis is unprecedented in its scope and devastating in its intensity. Our response must be equally broad in scope and intensity,” Attorney General Gurbir Grewal stated during a press conference announcing NJ Cares, an initiative that shares overdose statistics in real-time and access to a 24/7 statewide opioid response team.

According to data published by NJ Cares, the state may eclipse 3,000 drug-related fatalities in 2019. The cause of the increase? The opioid crisis.

Vineland Treatment Services: Help for New Jersey

Pinnacle’s Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Vineland Treatment Services, Chris Johnston, MD, believes affordable treatment is part of the solution. “This facility in Vineland allows new options in group and individual counseling and expanded space for our nurses and doctors to provide FDA-approved medications that control opioid cravings and facilitate other important recovery activities.” Johnston further emphasized the significance of this initiative in addressing the ongoing opioid crisis. The Pinnacle Treatment Centers announcement highlights their commitment to enhancing access to essential resources for patients in need of support. By integrating comprehensive care and innovative treatment approaches, they aim to foster lasting recovery for individuals facing addiction challenges.

Pinnacle’s latest outpatient treatment center has the capacity to serve 450 patients on a daily basis.
