In support of our services, Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. and its affiliates (“Pinnacle”) may offer access to appointment reminder messages and post-appointment follow-up messages via recurring SMS (Short Message Service). Enrollment in text alerts requires an individual opting to receive text alerts to provide his or her own mobile phone number with an area code within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. By enrolling to receive Pinnacle text alerts, you agree to these terms and conditions, which become effective upon your enrollment. To opt in to receive important messages from Pinnacle Treatment Centers regarding your care, company news, and alerts, text AGREE to 78308.

Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge that text alerts will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided. Such alerts may include limited personal information about your appointment, and whoever has access to the mobile phone or carrier account will also be able to see this information. Once you enroll, the frequency of text alerts we send to you will vary. By opting in, you authorize Pinnacle to deliver marketing messages using an automatic telephone dialing system and you understand that you are not required to opt in as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You will typically receive text alerts when we have information for you about your appointments or other relevant programs and services. We do not impose a separate charge for text alerts; however, your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply depending on the terms and conditions of your mobile phone contract. You are solely responsible for all message and data charges that you incur. Please contact your mobile service provider about such charges. The following major carriers are supported: AT&T, Sprint, Boost, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular®, T-Mobile USA®, Virgin Mobile, C Spire Wireless (Cellular South). A complete list can be found here. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may opt out of Pinnacle text alerts at any time.

The Pinnacle text programs are offered on an “as is” basis and: (1) may not be available in all geographic areas; and (2) may lose functionality in the event of product, software, coverage or other service changes made by your wireless carrier. Pinnacle has no obligation to provide texting programs and may, in its sole discretion, change and/or discontinue text messaging programs without notice. Pinnacle and its affiliated companies, its officers, directors, and employees are not responsible and shall not be held liable for any losses or injuries of any kind resulting, directly or indirectly, from any Pinnacle text alert program, or from technical failures or delays of any kind. Pinnacle, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cease delivery of text alerts to any person at any time.


To stop receiving text alerts, text STOP to 78308. Texting STOP to 78308 will remove you from Pinnacle text message programs. After you submit a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one final text alert from us confirming that you will no longer receive text alerts. No additional text alerts will be sent unless you reactivate your enrollment.
