Thank you akron treatment for everything you do you guys do wonderful things I know you've helped me a lot and you have a lot of other people there are thousands of people that go there and I don't know why these people are posting nasty reviews but that's unfair because you guys do wonderful things keep it up thank you so much

Love this place. Staff is great, it's clean, and the aesthetic and energy is just good all around. If it wasn't for this clinic, I would hands down still be in the depths of addiction. Thank you ATS for all you've helped me gain ❤️

I started Pinnacle almost 2 years ago and have been at ATS for over a year of that now and despite the Drive of nearly an hour they have made my life substantially better. Kind don't like switching counselor without warning but I understand Why. Would be nice to get a call from my new Counselor letting me know I'm changing. But outside those few issues if you do what your suppose to it Will make your life better.

The current doctor here is AMAZING, not only is she caring and genuinely wants to help us addicts but she's also very educated in the field of addiction and invited what she's doing. This is a field that comes with not a lot of $$ and very fast burnout rate due to the clientele that they work with and these people who work with us get little to no accolades. They deal with societies "wrath" for helping us "terrible" addicts and get up each morning to do it all over again. The counselors and nurses here are in the same boat and yet they get up each day and keep at it in hopes of saving somebody's life. Well I can say that they HAVE saved both me and my fiance's lives. After moving back to Ohio we relapsed after several years clean and at a time when the fentanyl is most deadly and the hardest to get off of. But we've done it and we're couldn't have done it without this facility and the staff here. It takes a willing participant also though, I mean they aren't going to do the work for you. All I can think is that the negative reviews are clients who got kicked out for continuously not following the rules and who had absolutely no desire to get clean. I mean this place is the most lax I've ever been too in regards to using and all being able to stay in the program so if you failed here it's because YOU wanted to fail, not because of anything the staff has done.

This place is wonderful people are dedicating there time to help us and no one is forcing them they do wonderful things at this place they are saving lives every day y'all should be happy they are doing there jobs..thank you Akron treatment for everything u do

This treatment facility is amazing and the doctors treat their patients with care and actually listen. This place is saving my life. So before you decided to write a bad review why don’t you do a little research on the subject. It’s shameful to see all these negative reviews. They are offering people who need help they need and want the but yet others wanna complain about addicts and their addictions calling them lowlifes of of they can’t get help. It’s sad really. This clinic is a godsend to me and I’m sure others as well.

If you want to quit and are ready this place will help be your back bone. BUT only if you want to help yourself First!!!! PPL that say anything bad about this place are the ones just trying not to go trough withdraws when they cant find anything and or when things don't go there way

I just wanted to say that this facility has both saved and dramatically changed my life! When they first opened they DID have an AWFULL waiting problem, but they recently opened a second dosing window which seems to have worked that all out because now it almost never takes anymore than, 10-20 minutes tops even on a slow day. 😃 Additionally I have never in my life been treated kinder or gotten along better with the staff at a rehab facility, and that's saying A LOT! lol

If you are truly using methadone the way ur supposed to this place is amazing!! I think all the negative reviews stem from people who only come and dose in the morning so they’re not “dope sick” so they can be well enough to hussle money to get more fetty and shove a needle in their arm. If you’re truly trying here the staff WILL HELP YOU AND DO CARE. If you’re in the parking lot selling dope or trying to sell your take home for dope money the staff sees that stuff and won’t waste their time with you. This place helped me stay clean off my drug of choice for 3 years! Thanks Pinnical!

I spent 5 hours here for my initial appointment and I have not a single complaint. Never did I feel like I was forgotten about, EVERYONE was sooo sweet and supportive and even apologized about the time I spent there even though it was expected. Soo happy this is where I ended up choosing to go.

Misty my case manager at the clinic is very easy to talk to and really makes getting better an easier task to handle . I love my meetings and feel a release after I leave .

I have to disagree with the review that states that Pinnacle, “promotes use”. I understand how one could come to that conclusion, however, Pinnacle is a risk reduction option, not a true treatment program. Going to Pinnacle gives me the option to not use, I know I will not go into withdrawal. If U r really serious about your recovery, this is a great tool.
