Transitional Housing
Our Transitional Housing Program (THP) supports patients transitioning from our Detox or Inpatient programs to our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Patients can live in our homes and participate in the THP as they continue their recovery journey.

Having an effective aftercare plan is imperative to your recovery and has been statistically proven to lower your chances of relapse. The last day of treatment is the first day of your new life – but you won’t be alone. You’re part of our alumni network. You’ll have a discharge folder that includes all your medical records, clinical information, and the one document that can make all the difference in your sustained sobriety: your Aftercare Plan.
