Pinnacle Treatment Services of Roanoke, LLC, offers partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient treatment and licensed case management and peer services to men and women in the Roanoke Valley region of Virginia.
We specialize in treating adults diagnosed with opioid use disorder or those struggling with addiction to opioids, heroin, synthetic opioids like fentanyl, and prescription painkillers oxycodone (OxyContin®), hydrocodone (Vicodin®), codeine, and morphine.
Our experienced and caring medical team dispenses the life-saving medications buprenorphine (Naloxone and Naltrexone) daily.
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) helps stabilize patients allowing them to benefit from therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and individual, family, and group counseling.
Following a complete clinical evaluation by our licensed professional opioid addiction treatment experts, patients receive a personalized treatment plan that incorporate individual and group counseling and includes education classes on substance use disorders, trauma-informed care, and relapse prevention support.
Evidence-based therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Somatic Experiencing. Relapse prevention, anger management, grief/loss therapy, life skills, and meditation groups, provide the support needed for long-term recovery from substance misuse or addiction.
