At our outpatient treatment center, we offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) – methadone or buprenorphine (Subutex or Naloxone) – with therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET).
Patients work on family dynamics and participate in individual, family, and group counseling. Based on a clinical evaluation, you will receive a personalized treatment plan, including trauma-informed care, help with anger management, grief/loss therapy, life skills training, medication management, and case management services. In addition, Pulaski Medical offers music therapy and mindfulness programs.
