They changed our lives. 1. They let my husband and I attend together. 2. Your allowed to smoke! 3. The saff truly do care about each and every person that comes through the program. 4. Hands down the BEST rehab in INDIANA. 5. Food is great. 6. Facility is very clean. 7. The curriculum was good, along with the groups. 8. The nurses are AMAZING!! IF i could give this place 100 stars I would. Be yourself. Remember that you are there for you. Bring a blanket and pillow from home, it does get chilly in there, don't forget a coat because you do go outside to smoke. And remember easy does it, recovery is a process. God bless. -The Klawons

This place saved my life!!!! Each and every staff member made a difference in my recovery. If you can’t recover here then your not ready to recover. Keep coming back! Sarah and Dave made me feel like family. They are the best!!!!

I came here and was amazed by the staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Of course you’re going to get people complaining. Detox Is an extremely uncomfortable process, both emotionally and physically. You’re getting emotions back and that is not fun when you’re use to suppressing them with chemicals. However, I found that the staff made themselves available at all times and went out of their way to make sure you knew you weren’t alone in this process. The staff is also there for encouragement and support even after you leave and genuinely cares and celebrates your milestones. I highly recommend Recovery Works!

Although I did not complete the program, I can definitely say if one of your concerns is how you'll be treated when entering recovery works just let that go now. This staff is some of the most sweetest and genuinely caring people! If i ever need help again I wouldn't hesitate to make them my first call!

I loved this place the staff was amazing and truly do care I was there for a week but left for a week and ended up coming back cause I wanted the change the staff make you feel very welcomed now this place isnt always hunky dory but it is what you make of it and how bad you want the change this place sets an amazing foundation I'm over a month clean and still clean willingly this place was a saving grace for me and I strongly suggest it for anyone wanting to make that positive change in there life much love to the Rw team and family that was formed by many great people there I met thanks for this new opportunity in life!!!

Really like this app! Keeps me connected to the people I was in rehab with and employees of Recovery Works, who did an AWESOME job with me during recovery. Employees REALLY care and are very knowledgeable about addiction. They've become my extended family! Seeing people I friended at Alumni Meetings is great! I still keep in touch with a lot of people I met at RW Merrillville. Also making friends in other States. If I travel to those States, I can reach out & find meetings to go to. It's reassuring to know that if I need anything, I can always reach out. THANK YOU RECOVERY WORKS MERRILLVILLE! You're a very BIG part of my continuing recovery!

This place changed my life for the better. Most of the staff were amazing. From the cooks to the counsolers they all helped me be a better person. I love you all!!!! Id recommend this place to anyone with addiction problems.

This place is excellent!!! I went here for detox and stayed 10 days. The staff is excellent, Rn's are Really nice and go out of the way to help you anyway possible. 99% of the (RA's) are excellent aswell, Especially (RA) Named Reggie, If you are going thru the horrible cycle of ADDICTION take the first step and go to Recovery works. Also the food is really good here Salad & Fruit bar. Thank you Recovery works for helping me take back my life.

They really care about their clients. Except ...... that older black woman caregiver that works nights she's very rude.

I’ve had some great times at this place!!!

As I sat here and read all of the previous reviews it probably would of stopped me from going. Recovery is what you want to make it. If trivial stuff like the age of the staff or phone time, not seeing a family member stop you from turning you life around you might as well stay sick. This was the FIRST rehab I've been to where I can say staff does care and I did the follow up with 3 extra weeks at PHP and that's where you learn the most. The time spent at inpatient is to save your life management of crisis mode. Now, if you want to go to a bad rehab try out the Salvation Army on Tibbs in Indy that right there is bad. I'm glad I went they do tons of activities, games, contests, prizes ect. If u do go take a coloring book markers any kind of mind distraction bc yes there's alot of you time in there its nice to have something for your hands to do. You can smoke there the food is decent. I'm happy I went!!! Thank You to all the staff! I hope I don't see ya again!! Lol!

I work with Coregia Steele at this location and she is amazing. I work in the substance abuse field as well and I appreciate the fact that she takes her time and truly cares about finding individuals treatment. Coregia has amazing customer service and always follows through with her word. If I need to place a client I will call her in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything that you do!!

I have never completed at rehab before til I went here. The 1st day I walked in I knew I was going to make it the full program.. I love all the staff
