I absolutely love this clinic! The staff here are so nice, especially Dr. Danielle, Heather, Shannon, Lisa, Deesha, and Diego. My counselor Anna is so helpful and awesome to talk to. I can't express how the staff does not judge and really listens to us. I wish they had a mental health program as well.

I've updated my review a few times with this place and it's time for a new one. Spoke to the new clinical director and he seems really nice and he's working to make it run smoothly again. Hopeful

I just started going to this clinic in February. I had to transfer from the clinic in bethlehem where I live cause the don't let any patients that take clonazaepam. My dose is .5mg twice a day which equals 1 mg. Two days ago the part time doc basically called me a liar cause the the clozapam was not showing up in the urine test. He also said the they send it back to a more intense lab called a GSM. And he said it still didnt come up. Which I found out he lied cause I saw my counselor today and she said she just got back the results and it should up. Other than accused of not taking my medicine and I'm waiting for a apology. But I really like this place I keep to myself talk to couple ppl but I come n go. I believe this place can n will help addicts that want the help succeed! So if you take benzos or adderal you must see a psychiatrist and you doctor must know your on methadone. So if you have metal health problem and takes meds like this and you doctor don't mind your on methadone this is the place to go.

It would seem there are two different responses to the services at NEFHC. The bad reviews are from people who didn't follow their programs and had nothing but relapses and problems with the facilities rules, like no using. Then there is a second group of responses from people who were serious about there recovery and followed the program with excellent results. I am from the second group I have been at the clinic since the very beginning. I've seen all the changes and the patients come and go. But it's been 7 yrs and I'm still sober something I've never been able to say in my life. Thank god for NEFC. Follow the program and the world could be yours!

Northeast is a facility that actually places patients as a priority and not their bottom line! The staff treat clients as individuals and with different need not as "just addicts"! The therapies are not overbearing and stressful it's the perfect amount of time to discover our vices. The sessions are not policy and rule based discussions they are based on our individual needs at that time and in the future to pendent the same bad decisions. I can go on and on about the great differences between this clinic and horrible care by my former clinic in Pottstown, but it would take all day plus tomorrow. I would recommend northeast Family healthcare in Quakertown for anyone in need of medication assisted treatment!

The employees of the clinic are amazing and are there to help us succeed! The experience itself will be what you make it make it to be. I have been a patient there twice. First time I was not ready to get clean and the rules and regulations I saw as negative. This second time I was pregnant and took the program seriously and now have almost 3 years clean and am detoxing steadily and should completely be off the medicine in 6 months. I definitely could not have done it without the help of my counselor and all the staff as well as all the rules and freedoms I earned along the way!

I've been a patient for almost 3 yrs, and although I've had several different counselors, and case managers. With the exception of a few bad seeds they've been extremely helpful and professional. They've helped me have 100% clean drug tests. That's 36 drug tests all completely negative. Thanks to this facility. They're all heroes to me. Thank you all Shannon Mata
