— Springfield Treatment Services patient
Situated near the intersection of Interstate 70 and Highway 72 in southern Springfield, Ohio, Springfield Treatment Services offers evidence-based and medication-assisted addiction treatment (MAT) for men and women struggling with opioid use disorder. Adults with opioid use disorder are addicted to illegal drugs like heroin, synthetic opioids such as fentanyl, and prescription painkillers like oxycodone (OxyContin®), hydrocodone (Vicodin®), codeine, and morphine.
MAT treatment utilizes Methadone, Buprenorphine/Suboxone, and Vivitrol to reduce the risks of relapse, overdose, and cravings. Customized to each patient’s needs, treatment plans include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Stages of Change. Additional treatment components include medication management, anger management, life skills training, and therapy for grief or loss. Gender-specific groups and treatment for expecting mothers are also available.
In addition, we offer trauma-informed care, counseling for grief or loss, and relapse prevention programs. Pregnant women and Medicaid accepted.
