Niles Treatment Services is an outpatient drug rehab in Niles, Ohio. We help patients who are addicted to opioids, including heroin and OxyContin. By combining traditional drug counseling with medication, such as methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone), we reduce a client’s painful withdrawal symptoms so they can instead focus on identifying and treating the underlying causes of their addiction.
But it’s not just about the medication. We also provide counseling, peer support, case management, education, drug testing, and more. We have an onsite doctor and nursing staff, specialized programs are available for expecting mothers, and onsite linkages to other community services. Adult patients receive customized treatment plans, including individual, family, and group therapy. In addition, patients participate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), grief/loss therapy, mindfulness, and life skills training. Medicaid and private insurance benefits are accepted. We also have reasonable self-pay programs.
Niles lies in Trumbull County, between Youngstown and Warren. The Mahoning River and Mosquito Creek both run through the city and the National McKinley Birthplace Memorial Library and Museum draws visitors from around northeast Ohio and beyond.
Our NAADC certified drug and alcohol counselors understand that a client’s personal history will shape their journey to recovery from fentanyl and opioid addiction. A thorough pre-admission evaluation ensures that medication-assisted outpatient rehab is a good match for the client. The results of the evaluation help determine the best medication – methadone, Vivitrol or buprenorphine (Suboxone) – and also the best type of therapy.
Since methadone, Vivitrol and Suboxone are key to the success of our drug rehab program, we help patients meet work and family obligations by offering dispensing appointments in Niles in both the morning and early evening. We also strive to be inclusive, providing special programs for pregnant women, same-gender patients and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
