Covington, KY Recovery Works Georgetown Outpatient
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is tailored to the unique needs of those suffering from substance and alcohol use disorders. We provide a judgement free environment that builds on patients’ individual strengths.
With the support of our clinical team, patients learn to identify relapse triggers as they build Relapse Prevention Plans and are counseled about the nature and dynamics of addiction and recovery. Throughout the course of the program patients will be given the tools to begin to repair the damage done to themselves and their families.
Components of the program include: Screening and Referral, Assessment, Treatment Planning, Individual Counseling, Group Counseling, Psycho-educational groups on the disease of addiction, Life Skills development, Family Engagement, and Aftercare planning. Groups are offered 6 times per week in the afternoons and evenings.

All services are licensed by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health & Family Services, Office of Inspector General. We are also a licensed Medicaid provider and as such are referred to as a Behavioral Health Service Organization. Our clinical programs meet all state regulations with respect to direct clinical service hours as well as clinical staffing ratios.
