Three years ago, I made one of the best decisions in my life, I came to Aegis Treatment Centers of Redlands. It wasn’t easy at first, but I kept showing up, even on the hardest days. I learned to take my recovery one day at a time, and sometimes just one minute at a time.

One of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to stay on this path is the support I’ve received from my counselor, Shelly. Meeting with her regularly has helped me stay focused on my recovery and my goal of living free from drugs. She’s always been supportive, encouraging, and someone I can trust.

The entire staff at Aegis has made a difference in my life. They genuinely care about their patients and have been there for me every step of the way. Their compassion and encouragement have helped me keep moving forward, even when recovery felt difficult.

I am incredibly grateful for everyone at Aegis Treatment Centers of Redlands, especially Shelly, for believing in me and supporting me throughout my journey.
