Pinnacle Treatment Centers conducted a celebration for its new location at 144 Charlotte Circle in Elizabethtown where up to 18 men can begin their road to recovery and gain a fresh start in life. The ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday was conducted by the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce.
