I love aegis it's saved my life

I’ve been coming to Aegis in Pasadena for over a year now with my Husband, and truly I wish I could give 100 stars! ❤️ We moved back to LA from Hawaii a little over a year ago and from the moment I did my research on Methadone clinics in the LA area and found Aegis, I made the first call and spoke with Neelam, who was SOOO kind and helpful on our initial first call, she told us exactly what we would need to bring in from our clinic in HI that we were transferring from to make our transfer to Aegis as easy and smooth as possible. I’m a Healthcare Provider as well, and even though there’s a couple other decent Methadone clínics in the LA area, the moment I found Aegis online and read the reviews, did my research and of course made that first call..I knew that Aegis Pasadena was going to be the one for us. They truly make the transition so easy for you. Staying clean is hard enough, but everyone at Aegis makes it so easy to STAY CLEAN! From the good vibes and energy of our first time walking into the clinic, to meeting with the physicians, all of the AMAZING nurses (Ginger) ❤️ and of course Jabari! Everyone here is so kind, helpful, understanding, and truly is a huge part of the reason my Husband and I are 2+ years clean and sober now! We do counseling with our seperate counselors monthly which honestly, the fact they offer that is such a great reason to choose Aegis. They truly care about you and care about you staying Clean and Sober. We both absolutely LOVE our counselors and we actually really enjoy coming in to see everyone, and even though we moved and there’s a closer facility to our new home, we will never switch because Aegis Pasadena is home to us. ❤️ THANK YOU so much to everyone that has played a part in our Recovery, Aegis in Pasadena has truly helped change our lives and will always offer a helping hand when you need it and welcome you in with a smile. I LOVE this place, my health insurance takes & my sessions with my counselor is by phone 1x per week for an hour. they really are extrenely nice people that work here & I love attending this methadone clinic! I plan to become a clinic counselor someday myself actually, if i ever stop taking methadone. t stars 5 stars 5 stars from me, also it is clean bug i have never seen a janitor here so that freaks me out a bit.

I love aegis in Pasadena great people an they care about what your going threw if you take it like you are told you should have no problem getting sober .Don't abuse your meds ! This place has help me be clean for three years an I'm starting a taper soon to start getting off methadone

Aegis family Neilum, Ginger, Jabari, Katelyn,Maria, Jessica, Rachel have been very kind and professional. They are also very good at what they do. I can't imagine this journey without them😊,

The staff here are great at what they do, they have gone above and beyond to make sure my needs have been met, they have given me a little bit of what it feels like to be human again, and if your an addict like me.... then that's no small thing!

Before I found out about Aegis I had pretty much given up all hope of living a life free of opiates. In the past 4.5 months that I have been receiving treatment at the Pasadena clinic I have regained a new found hope for a brighter future no longer dependent on the substances that had been slowly robbing me of my will to live. I am eternally grateful that I found aegis and gave it a chance to help me regain control over my life. I just wish I had known about this place years ago!

The nurses and counselors here are nice and genuinely caring. This clinic is in a nice location and has good hours. Its a good place for treatment.

Great place to go if you really want to change, they provide counseling sessions and group therapy. They helped me a lot not only with my personal struggles but also with insurance and employment. They really go above and beyond to get you were you want to be.

This place helped me get my life back on track. I’ve heard so many negative things about methadone clinics and I am so happy that I didn’t listen to them. The staff here is amazing, friendly and caring. Making me feel like a person instead of an addict.

I've struggled with opioids, I got in to Aegis treatment center in Pasadena and I can tell you that the staff is Great and awesome. I've been going to Aegis since 2016 and have been opiate free, and as the staff is very flexible friendly and the most important they have no judgment and have compassion. They are fast efficient clean offices and monthly counseling and you can even see the doctor when necessary. I really want to recommend Aegis for your total rehabilitation. I recently had an issue with my coverage and almost was going to lose my methadone treatment and was going crazy, but I called the office and spoke to office manager Jabari and Nelam said calm down will take care of it, and so they got involved and the billing department as well and fixed everything. And thanks to the great service everyone there deserves a 100% shout-out to all the staff from receptionist to administration and dispensing nurses, also the counselors and Dr as well because they all work in unison together to give you the best outcome for your treatment. Just do and follow the program, it works if you work it, then it's Worth it. At Aegis you are not alone!!!! I recommend Aegis treatment centers anytime. Thank you Aegis Pasadena for all you do. I have been going to this clinic about 9 months. They try the best to help me. From walking to clinic, they treat me with respect and make me feel at the right place. this clinics counseling is very professional and helpful. 2/5/2015 I would like to thank again. Management and staff for changing my life. For the excellent counseling and treatment method.
