While recovering in the leesburg treatment center I was blessed enough to receive a counselor that was given to me through Gods calling! she could not of been any more helpful, even after business hours. She goes above an beyond for any patient . She has helped me stay willing for my recovery and even continues to follow up just to show she really dose care which is really important ; something everyone needs during early recovery. Getting taught d.b.t skills, coping mechanism, an watching year jerking recovery movies she will for sure change your life 100% guarantee . Ms.kimberly is the one I'm speaking on of course

I think Miss Kimberly is one of the best counselors at Leesburg Treatment Center and is truly an asset to the company. She is truly a gifted counselor.

Let me start off by saying THIS IS A STEP DOWN FACILITY! If you are high/drunk or have been in the past 7 days, don't waste your time trying to get in. You need to go to a detox at the very least. If you have unresolved mental health issues, you will need to be medicated before you come. You'll also need to come with at least 30 days worth of medication, due to getting refills is almost impossible. The medical staff here is a joke. I was sent home with a script where you can write multiple prescriptions on. This is apparently illegal in the state of Virginia, because when I went to try to fill them this is what I was told. I worked more with my PCP while at Pinnacle than the medical staff there. As far as the counselors go, I was blessed to get an angel sent from heaven Ms. Kimberly Courtney. She worked with me for an hour a week, sometimes more due to my issues with my medications. She is very professional, but has an amazing sense of humor. The groups that she ran were always my favorite. As far as the other counselors go, their groups were okay, but their relationships with their clients was terrible. This information came from several of the friends I made at Pinnacle. One of them had to go to Ms. Kimberly to get their discharge straight. One thing that really bothered me was that the director himself said in our community group, this is NOT a zero tolerance facility. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is for Ms. Kimberly.

Very great they help out my son tremendously. While he was being treated there he only said good things about this center.And he still clean thank you all for being there in these trying times.

Enjoyed my stay and want to go back. Been sober ever since. Kimberly was my counselor. I'm grateful for the experience.

Absolutely amazing experience for me. This place truly cares about your recovery, and most of the staff has been in my shoes and knew what I was going through but never judged me. Thank you too all staff, mainly Adrian, Mike, Jerome, Ms. Mary, Dontonya, Ariel, Aaron, Roy, Yoshi, Linda, Colin, Jess, Steshia, Natasha, and Patty. And the list goes on. You all helped me in my recovery so much I could never thank you enough. Only two things that I have issues with, the program isn't long enough as I wanted to stay longer. Second was Sheeba goes and tells my father who came to pick me up, that I was hot mess, and I was trouble in the program. Why would any staff go out of their way to say such a thing, when I took the program serious and did more than extra while being there. Other than that, it was the best decision I made by going there. Thank you all and I'll see you in two years.

My experience at Leesburg Treatment center was absolutely amazing and I was educated on so many different things about this disease. Not only that but was able to identify the dysfunctional up bringing i had as well as begin the healing process from several different trauma issues i suffer from and I owe that to this program and most of all my counselor, the one and only Kimberly Courtney. This women right here was truly amazing to me. She picked me up when I was feeling down, she walked with me when I felt alone and held my hand when I felt scared to. She showed me how to start to love myself again and to live for me again and not everyone else. SHE CONTINUES TO BE THERE AND HELP ME STILL TO THIS DAY, EVEN AFTER COMPLETING THE PROGRAM! I can honestly say that before I came to this program I was so tired of life I just didn't want to be here anymore and was thinking about checking out because I just didn't want to feel the pain anymore nor did I want to face the sick upbringing I had along with so many different trauma issues I suffer from. Now I have a purpose again and have hope and dedication and most of all love for my life! Thanks to this program and Kimberly! No other words can explain it at all except for she is the Mother that I always wished I could have! Love you Ms. Kimberly! You touch so many lives in so many ways. Every counselor at this program has to teach class and its very apparent that each and everyone of them have a passion for their work. You can tell that by the way they teach us in class and its very apparent that each and everyone of them only want the best for us and treated us with the up most respect. I also would like to thank Sarah and the new ed Peter for all that you do for us and and keeping the program going it goes be difficult at times but yall do it and somehow still find it in you to be patient and understanding in us all. I also wanted to say I also appreciated it so much when Peter the new ED stopped me in the hall and said that he just wanted to say I was doing a hell of a job! Not only that but showed up at the house later that day with a treat (Starbucks) and listened to my story and shared his. I'll never forget that my friend. Meant alot and I think that is important in our recovery and world for that matter! We as a society tend to focus on all the bad and mistakes we oftentimes don't see peoples accomplishments and I pray that continues in the program. Also want to say thank you to all the staff at forest hill house Zeke,Kevin, Maja, and Lindsey! Love you all. I appreciate yall being there and supporting me thru this even if it was just listening to me and always holding us accountable for doing our evening groups after having class all day at the building! God knows we needed it and thats why we was there. Miss all of you so much and hope all is well! It truly was a blessing and a life saving time for me. For that I am grateful! If you are thinking about checking into this program don't think no more! Do it! This program saved my life and it can save yours. They feed you great, the houses are amazing along with everyone I met there. Don't listen to any of the bad that you possibly have heard because in my opinion the ones that didn't have a great experience in the program where the ones that didn't want to learn and wasn't really committed to turning over a new leaf in life. I love you all and miss you dearly.! I wish each and everyone of you the best of luck throughout your journey! It will work if you work it! Nothing is free in life, so yes it takes work but it's definitely worth it and beautiful as well. Being able to see clearly is a beautiful thing! So make that choice today to turn the leaf over, and walk a new way in of life! It is possible! Thank you all! Also wanted to add that I felt completely safe and was beyond comfortable! As if I was in my own home! Couldn't of asked for more.

First rehab and treatment center I have ever been too and it is one of the best! Great councilors and medical staff that are very accommodating. Top notch housing with very nice residential aids!!! Highly recommend Pinnacle of Richmond you won't be disappointed!

My Honest option is I have learned a lot with the groups that Ms Kimberly has taught . The other counselors are not so great hosting the groups and it was hard to engage in them sometimes ! Personally my counselor was Olivia and she often flaked on me meaning I never got anything done or accomplished in 3 weeks of being there ! As soon as I went to Ms. Kimberly the week of my departure she immediately reassured me that she was going to make sure everything that needed to be done would be done . Also Ms. Natasha was very caring and helpful in any decisions that the treatment center made and heard us out on any issues that where presented to her . This was the first treatment center that I ever attended and even though it has some kinks that need to be worked out as far as staffing and organization of who’s running the groups day by day so that all patients have the time they need with there counselors witch I was ripped from me , It definitely was a learning experience . Employees like Ms Kimberly & Ms Natasha Leesburg should be thankful for bc if it wasn’t for them Motivating me & pushing me to my fullest potential, I probably wouldn’t have stayed ! I know that this could be a successful treatment center if Communication and loyalty was there. Thank you guys for everything you have done for me !!

Very great treatment center and people in places that really care about your well being. It's helped me to get a new jump start on my future and I'm grateful for the services of Mike, Shannon Lucky and Minnie. The Woolshire house is a great place with great RA's. This is a safe place. This facility, with all of their capable and passionate clinicians provide a good opportunity for those with substance use disorders to succeed. Paying attention and give yourself a chance.

My Experience at Leesburg has been wonderful.They attended to my recovery needs and the lesson skills fit my situation.The staff was great at attacking All of my needs relating to drug use.My counselor was Ms.Kimberly and this woman is awesome.She was and is Very Affective and attentive to my needs.So with that being said,Thanks Leesburg and Staff For All You Do...

This was a great place!!! The staff is amazing and really do care about you. My counselor Ms. Kimberly was great at pulling feelings out of me that I had trouble expressing on my own. Peter is a very caring person and worries about the clients safety first and foremost. The whole staff is amazing. I would suggest this facility to any loved one in need! thank you all for all your help!

My time spent was well worth it,If you come for recovery you will get recovery but if you come to play around then your gonna play yourself period.I had a mission.I decided to work the program and stay focused.Besides they offered a beautiful home to stay in free food and all I had to do was not use WHAT !!! .Hands down the best experience of my life better then any drug could ever offer.Thanks for giving me my life back......Angie

I am giving this 5 Star Rating particularly due to my Counselor Ms. Kimberly. I would not have made it without her Great counseling and advice in Leesburg Pinnacle Center. I had so many days when I felt like giving up and I felt so useless about my addiction and having to live without my children . I had not only a counselor but a friend, someone who truly cared about me getting and staying clean, and also being reunited with my children. I am now 11 months almost a year clean and I think all the time about exactly how much Ms. Kimberly impacted my life for the better. She will help you through any storm and also believe in you and tell you to believe in yourself and put GOD first. Big Thanks to Ms. Kimberly and Leesburg Pinnacle staff for helping me turn my life around and become the woman i am today, DRUG FREE!!!!

Pinnacle helped me so much. The counselors were awesome especially Olivia and Peter who were always there for me. The program lessons and cognitive reports we had to do were insightful and helpful. There was only one Residencial assistant (however) that worked at women's house who was great and that is Angel and she was an Angel!
