Amazing place! They really care about the clients and take good care of them. I was in a very dark place and they saved my life. There is enough to keep you busy during your stay to make the time fly. Compared to all the other detox expirences I've had, this place is the best. Nice rooms with a bathroom in them, and everything is clean and new. If I ever have to go through another detox I know where I will go! And I'm sure the staff will accept me with open arms...they are always kind even If you have been to the program multiple times they don't judge you. If I could give more stars I would. If you are ready to get help...start here!!!

The staff really cared and made my stay as enjoyable as possible under the circumstances. Christina, Rocky, Nick, Gary and others who's names I can't recall, are the best in the business. I couldn't have completed the detox without Christina. The food was fair, the doctor and nurses were great! I highly recommend this place and can't stress that enough. Thank you!

This isnt a fancy detox but what makes this place so great is the staff. In particular I'd like to mention Tess, the lead Tech. Without her this place would probably fall apart. She would go out of her way to speak to the patients. I remember having a panic attack and she had just gotten off work but stayed an extra 45 minutes just to make sure I was ok. And this is after juggling ten tasks at once. So I'm definitely very grateful to her. The nursing staff was also very kind, patient and always helpful.

I used to come here so often, 5 times in one year. The staff is amazing on all ends, however the Resident Aid Tess, really helped make things stick the last time I was there. She goes above and beyond for each client and did everything she could to help anyone. Today I have a year and a half sober. Thank you Tess, and all of the staff at Recovery Works!

I didn't believe I was ever going to get better after using from 20 to 32. My arms were in awful shape, I was embarrassed and overall just not in a good place. The ladies that were our techs were extremely good to me and helped change my dressings and anything else I needed. I stayed there as long as I could. The food aside from breakfast was terrible and they wouldn't let me pay my phone bill for when I got out but really that was small potatoes. They got me on my MAT program and sober living. I've been clean ever since

Thank you. Staff is great, food sucked but staff brings in candy and other stuff for people to eat. Some of the nurses would bring the meds to you which could truly be a blessing dope sick not wanting to move. These people that work there are NOT just there for a paycheck the majority of them care, so once again thank you

I was very comfortable here. The staff was very helpful to me and I gained some new coping skills and worked on traumas that I needed to work on. I met some really sweet and loving people here that were my peers and staff. I would recommend this place to someone looking to go to treatment . Thank you to everyone at recovery works!!

My stays at Recovery Works have been as good an experience possible in a detox facility. As you may know the detoxification process is not fun, but multiple staff members, especially Tess, made my stay as comfortable as possible! Of all the times I've been through the program I have never left AMA and a big part of that is due to the staff. I want to give Tess credit because she made me feel at home; her relateability, sympathy and use of humor have contributed to the fact I'm still clean 4 months later! I can't believe I was laughing and having a good time in detox because of her. I could actually relate to the techs there, and during my most recent 8 day stay in February, Jen (nurse) was amazing as well. I owe my life and sobriety to this place and the staff! I can't say enough good things. I don't miss the food but I've called and tried to let the staff know how grateful I truly am for their kindness, compassion and understanding they have of the disease I suffer from. We had community cigarettes and got to go outside 4x a day to smoke, a smart TV in each room, (With YouTube!!!) and groups everyday as well as 1-on-1 sessions with our counselor and case manager. I was able to watch movies in bed, as well as the game room and play ping-pong when I felt up to it. The med line moves a bit slow at night but the nurses are truly doing their best. I appreciated the NP Vince working with me and helping motivate me to stay clean. I wouldn't be working a program today without their help! Thanks so much! You guys saved my life! Definitely recommend detoxing here!

My name is Chris Kalo, I recently spent a 9 day span detoxing from alcohol in Recovery Works in Ravenna and I can’t begin to express how much it has saved my life! The staff are amazing, understanding, and really genuinely care to help people who are really trying to get sober, the food is not bad at all, the group therapies are fun and interesting . I made some lifelong friends in detox there, and I highly recommend this place to anyone! I would give 6 stars if I could!
