Does HealthQwest in Canton, GA Accept Insurance?
Currently, HealthQwest works exclusively with Clover Health and Medicaid. Once you’ve submitted your information, our staff will contact your insurance carrier to determine eligibility, coverage, and payment responsibilities (deductibles, co-pay, etc.).
Is Your Institution Accredited?
We are registered with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an international, non-profit organization that ensures addiction programs and services meet defined standards of quality in health and human services.
Do You Accept Out-Of-Network Insurance?
