    Our accredited Fresno, California outpatient opioid treatment center and methadone clinic is located on Shields Avenue and is convenient to the McLane and Mayfair neighborhoods of Fresno. We’ve developed a well-rounded drug treatment program that includes medications such as methadone and buprenorphine (suboxone) to support your recovery. 

    Our therapeutic program focuses on helping patients develop better ways of coping with stress and triggers. We offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention educational programs, as well as holistic options such as mindfulness training.  Patients get extra support through our peer-based Keys 2 Recovery Group.
