I transferred here and I'm glad I did.i have always been treated with respect from everyone.never had to wait long,my counselor is always there when I need her,the doctor is caring and listens to my needs,it's always pretty much in and out, I would recommend this clinic to anyone as long as you do what they ask of you there are no problems 😉

Great staff. They have faced all types of adversity and made great changes and stayed very friendly and efficient on the job while being stretched thin!! Definitely recommend them for treatment. Amanda is Amazing and does mor thN an amazing job at making the office run smoothly and efficiently. Kristie is Amazing. Jen is Amazing.Dylan is a new addition. Dylan has been Amazing and at going above and beyond from day 1. He came into the job swinging for success and it shows.

I’ve been going to Milford Treatment Services for over a year 1/2 now & it has helped me tremendously. My counselor, Jamie Monroe is so supportive, & is helping me though the most difficult time in my life. I lost my mom 2 1/2 years ago, & just recently lost my husband last week to liver cancer. She relates to my situation in so many ways. I couldn’t ask for a better counselor! Thanks Jamie for all your kind words, love & support. Thank you for your understanding & being so compassionate by guiding me through this. I respect your tenacious spirit, & wanting to help others! God bless you…

Staff here are extremely nice & as long as your doing everything they ask of you your able to be in & out pretty quick! Wait list time is not to long either they can get ya in pretty quick also!! My intake was pretty quick was lil less than 3 hours!

I have been going to this clinic for a little over a year now. I have had nothing but a good experience, my counselor Jamie, started a new set of groups on Tuesday's and I really enjoyed the group she was very interactive with the group which made it go by quickly but more importantly made it more memorable! So thanks to her and the Milford staff..

Trish is awesome and this place is just honestly a very caring and wonderful place to get treatment and if you’re honestly ready and willing to get the help, then this place is ready to work with you and they truly do care about their patients.

I have spent the better part of the last 20 years in methadone clinics and this is my 4th clinic. I transferred here after 10 years at another clinic. I am very pleased with my decision to transfer. The staff is very polite and willing to go above and beyond to help you. All clinics differ slightly as far as how they're run but if you do the few simple things that you are required to do this is a great place to build a foundation in recovery. They offer many different groups in which you can attend via Zoom. The counselor sessions are mostly over the phone which is extremely convenient. Progress is recognized by the staff and commended! They also offer take homes to patients with medical marijuana cards. If you are looking to find a clinic or transfer from another clinic I would recommend Milford Treatment Services without hesitation.

This is a good methadone clinic. My counselor is Trish and she is absolutely amazing.

I have been going there for 13 months the counselors there are awesome and always there when I need them or just need to chat. And the receptionist's there are great and always there to help u when and if u need them or need anything from them. ( Christy n Jen)

I mean its a methadone clinic, but compared to other ones ive been too its no worse. Im usually in and out, hardly ever have to wait.

This is the Best Methadone Maintenance Treatment Center I have been to. It's owned by Pinnacle but it's ran much better than any of the other clinics at or==

Natasha Todd is my favorite Employee, she helps with Resources and she got me a brand new Air Conditioner when I needed one and I was so greatful! She is SUPER nice and has All the connections to help with your needs. She was One of the reasons I came back to the Clinic when I had a Setback. She was Very Caring and made me feel supported. I just love her and I'm so happy she is there for me. Thank you NATASHA!😊

This is a good clinic. Trish is my counselor and she is amazing I absolutely love her. I have never been helped this much by a counselor and I've been on methadone for a very long time. I used to dread having sessions with my counselors but with her I look forward to them. Anyone writing bad reviews about this place is probably still using or not doing what they are suppose to be doing regarding their treatment.

I've been going here since they opened. I transferred from another clinic to here. This place is amazing! Not like other clinics. The staff seems to care and wants to help you instead of make your life hell daily. Jamie is my counselor and she goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need anytime, she is always there for me. Trish is another counselor that I do my groups with and she is also incredible!! Both these ladies have helped me in many ways and are always there to talk with and help. The staff is excellent! Don't get treated like a drug addict, which means alot!! I would not go anywhere else. I would and have recommended the place to anyone!! I truly appreciate them all. They even helped with school supplies this year. 💚

This place has changed my life They treat you with respect and really understand how to treat your problem. Trish is my Counselor and she is awesome.

Ive been to a few methadone clinics in ohio and out of state.. the simplicity of this one i ls great and its fast..you can do everything super early and move on with ur daily routine job etc they have quite a few locations as well. Their intake process is no where near as pain staking as most methadone treatment centers its to the point and if you need answers they are timely at responding. I was on suboxone had surgery caused me a relapse i was struggling trying to figure out how I was going to get my suboxone in my system well that didnt work and i chose methadone agian its helped me alot im not depressed suboxone made me super depressed i dont know but methadone is always how i got clean at first everyone thinks it is so terrible but it really isnt its a god send for some.. anyways thanks for being so fast and getting me in.. also they have a answering services and you can schedule ur intake on sunday at 6pm i found that to be a hopeful thing when all i wanted was to get back on track thanks!! So i seen negative reviews i guess it all depends on the person and life situations but keep in mind SOME PEOPLE DONT DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO.. HENCE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS they have never interfered with my life nore have i had to wait for long periods of time.. the staff are not rude not in my opinion! People who gets dropped down there is usually a reason behind it u know like using missing their dose for days failing for un prescribed benzos etc.. then they get on here and give the place negative reviews.. lastly this place is no where near the ghetto places ive been to in Dayton and Cincinnati its actually just like a doctors office your in and out! They want you to work and work around your schedule. Last the Doctor here is a very sweet lady she listened to everything i was saying and wanted to know exactly how i felt etc.. i couldnt see her vindictively dropping someones dose unless they done something wrong

For Trish :) I'm under a different name to protect my privacy but i loved that place with every inch of me. The staff amazing and caring. My counselor loved me so much and I could feel that from her! Trish you are AMAZING never stop helping people!

My Counslor Jamie at Pinnacle is one of the best people I know she’s caring and very helpful. She is a wonderful friend and a great Cousolor and is there when I need her thank u Jamie
