My name is Heather Adams, I am a Patient Care Navigator for Pinnacle Treatment Centers. I pride myself on being an active listener who empathizes with patients and their family’s needs. I’ve worked in the healthcare industry in some capacity for the last decade. I understand how hard, and at times, frustrating, it can be to navigate everything when you want to begin a healing process. 

I am available to communicate with you on phone calls, text messages, or even if you just want to grab a cup of coffee and chat. I often joke that my office is my car so I never mind coming to help wherever help is needed.  I am incredibly passionate about addiction and recovery as well as mental health wellness. If our organization cannot help you, I make it a personal goal to get you connected with the community partners that will help you and your family.
