Our primary service population is women and men, ages 18 and older, whose primary diagnosis is that of SUD, combined in many cases with a mild mental health disorder. Levels of care include: detoxification, inpatient, residential, partial hospital (PHP) and intensive outpatient service (IOP).
All services are licensed by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health & Family Services, Office of Inspector General. We are also a licensed Medicaid provider and as such are referred to as a Behavioral Health Service Organization. Our clinical programs meet all state regulations with respect to direct clinical service hours as well as clinical staffing ratios.
Our evidence-based and person-centered treatment center offers individual and group counseling as well as psycho-educational groups and gender-specific groups. Recreation, meditation, and music are a sampling of other recovery-oriented opportunities our patients experience.
We encourage families to participate in their loved ones’ treatment and recovery.
We accept Medicaid and most commercial insurances; self-pay options are also available. We admit patients 24 hrs a day, 365 days per year. Our business office is open 7 days a week from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on weekends and holidays.
