Greenfield Counseling is an outpatient methadone clinic and maintenance program in Meadville, Pennsylvania. We use medication (methadone) and outpatient counseling to help clients recover from addiction to opioids, such as heroin, oxycodone and fentanyl. 

We proudly serve the people of Northwestern Pennsylvania and have been designated a Center of Excellence for opioid use disorders by the State’s Department of Human Services. Medication-assisted treatment, such as with methadone, combined with individual, group and family counseling has been found to treat men and women struggling with opioid use disorders effectively. 

Patients receive a full clinical evaluation and custom treatment plan. Individual, family, and group therapy is offered in addition to medication management, anger management, and grief and loss therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) complement relapse prevention and life skills training. Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and private insurance benefits are accepted.

Our Meadville, Pennsylvania methadone clinic is located near the intersections of routes 332 and 19 and I-79, making it a convenient location for clients in Fredericksburg, Conneaut Lake, Geneva and Harmonsburg. In order to provide access to the most significant number of potential clients, we accept Medicaid, Medicare and several private insurance plans.
